Beef liver is one of the most nutrient-dense foods you can eat. Naturally rich in iron, vitamin A, B12, and essential minerals, it's the cut people reach for when they care about what their food actually delivers.

Ours comes from grass-finished British White cattle, raised without grain, hormones, or antibiotics, and sliced for convenience.

Cook it hot and fast, don't overdo it — and if you know, you know… onions belong in the pan.
