Can we humble-brag a little? When we got these steaks back from the butcher, we thought they were mislabeled Porterhouse Steaks. The marbling is great, and the amount of Filet on these bad boys surprised us (in a good way). We called the butcher. Nope. They are just the best T-bone steaks we have set our eyes on. Okay, so maybe that's not so humble. Enjoy!
This recipe by NY Times Cooking spices up (literally) T-Bones on the grill (not that they need it even a little bit); an awesome way to take our dry aged T-Bones and bring a little spice to the party.
