Bavette steak and flank steak are often referred to as "interchangeable" cuts of beef. While they are literal next-door neighbors on the steer, they are meaningfully different in texture and flavor. Bavette has a finer muscle structure, which makes it more tender. Our steaks have a rich, deep flavor imparted by British White beef grass-finished marbling.
Tip from the pros: Bavette is one of the ultimate grill meats. Season liberally and use a hot and fast cooking method like an open flame wood fire or hot charcoal BBQ to add smoky flavor. Cook it medium rare and slice across the grain for the most tender bite.

Montana State-Wide Delivery - We've been known to drive a long way to get you our meat. We can also ship direct to your door as long as the total weight is 25 lbs. or less.
Free Local Delivery - TUESDAY - Missoula / Lolo / Florence / Stevensville areas: We deliver to these areas weekly on Tuesdays. If you won't be home on delivery day, please leave a cooler large enough for your order where it can be easily found by us.
