Grass-Finished Beef Summer Sausage

Made with beef from our British White cattle, raised here for three years before harvest — 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, with no grain and no hurry.

These 1+ lb. summer sausages are made for slicing. Put one on a charcuterie board, pack it for hunting or fishing, add it to a sandwich, or just stand at the counter and keep cutting slices until you realize you've eaten half of it.

They freeze beautifully, and they tend to sell out — so stocking up isn't a bad idea.

Choose from three flavors:

• Classic — traditional summer sausage
• Cracked Pepper — a little extra pepper, still mild
• Jalapeño Cheddar — savory, cheesy, with mild jalapeño heat

Raised here, start to finish. Our cattle spend three years growing on grass and forage before becoming the beef that goes into every sausage.
