We loved the top sirloin steak! The flavor was delicious. It reminded us of the steaks we used to eat when we were children. It was also very tender.
I had the cowboy ribeye & NY Strip already. I did a stir fry with the top sirlion once again it was excellent, best beef I have ever eaten grass fed/finished or otherwise. Great flavor, texture and tenderness.
